[icon:theme-009]All Gel or brush sales are final. Merchandise can only be returned if your product is in new, unused condition; or if there is a manufacturer defect. We MUST be notified within 24 hours of your shipment arrival date if you are going to return the product due to the above reasons only. These policies are described in more detail below and are in place to ensure product quality. For all Gel or brush no returns or exchanges will be accepted. International returns on all goods is strictly prohibited.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@annienaildesigner.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
