SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Domestic Shipping Policy
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability and the shipping option you select. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based upon weight. The weight of any item can be found listed on its detail page. Due to the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
  • You’re responsible to add a correct “shipping address”, if USPS return a package back to us as “Insufficient address” we will deduct a shipping label cost paid for it.
  •  International Shipping Policy:
  • We offer International shipping services to select Countries with select carriers and products. Please refer to the “Customs, Duties, and Taxes” section of this document for the import. International orders are non-refundable and we are no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged International packages. 
  • Customs, Duties and Taxes:
  • any customs and taxes fees applied to your order during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENT METHODS

Shella accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • Shella features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All Gel or brush sales are final.

Merchandise can only be returned if your product is in new, unused condition; or if there is a manufacturer defect. We MUST be notified within 24 hours of your shipment arrival date if you are going to return the product due to the above reasons only. These policies are described in more detail below and are in place to insure product quality. For all Gel or brush no returns or exchanges will be accepted. International returns on any and all goods is strictly prohibited

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@annienaildesigner.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Gels, Brush. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
